Buyer Evaluations

I ordered this unit for my '92 lincoln town car, the huge selling point getting the low value and the aux input. Installation was particularly painless, took me about 30 minutes. I put to use crimp connectors with the solidly constructed and clearly labeled wiring harness, when i listened to it for the very first time i could not think the improvement in sound quality with my OEM speakers! Aside from that, the unit has a clean seeking faceplate, a particularly great touch panel, and the lcd is the excellent brightness. Setting it all up and obtaining your eq's dialed in is a breeze. I'm happier with this stereo than several pioneer or alpine head units i've tried. If you happen to be searching to upgrade your factory head unit with one for a great cost and good, uncomplicated attributes you just identified it.

I neglected to read the reviews prior to I purchased this as a replacement to my older Pioneer unit, and am regretting it. The sound level is not fairly as high as I expected volume wise, and, as preceding reviewers have mentioned, I has a tendency to transform stations and not read burnt CDs. Also, I noticed last night that when it really is cold (about 25-30 degrees F) the touch panel does not function appropriately altering the CD took awhile for the reason that the remote (which operates well most of the time) has no eject button.
So, it really is a decent unit if you happen to be going for looks, but if you want kick $$ sound you may perhaps want to preserve seeking.
