I have had a few remotes for JVC head units and like various other individuals we all end up loosing the remotes. This unit is a small larger in size than the FOB sort so I am hoping its harder to loose. It has all the functionality of the original but a fraction of the expense of a replacement. Only complaint I have is the seller didnt combine my shipping, as I purchased two of them. They charged me two shipping charges and place them in the exact same package.
