Assure the directions are in English, I delight in the aspect of ordering products from other nations but I warn consumers you can wish to assure the product comes from America not an America business that sells foreign goods in a foreign language. Well it has been about five weeks now and various functions of this item is unknown to me, the cause is that the whole directions came written in Chinese. Correct there is a menu in english, yet attempt to seek selections of the menu and it is written in Chinese. There is a menu for films, but it is in Chinese. There is a menu for the equilzer, it is in Chinese. The device does play ok but mainly because the fine tuning is in Chinese, I do not know what I am undertaking. I can not load films due to the fact the instructions are in Chinese. While the product does state it can do a lot of points that most people today are interested in even the directions were too short. With every little thing that the device says it can do there are only 12 lines of instruction. Unless the complete Chinese language is in picture/letters, I would hardly doubt that even if I did speak/read Chinese that the brief directions would explain the complete attributes of the item. I consider I will opt for a Sony or other companies that sell their oversees items in a language of the people to whom will use their item. I will keep this until I reorder a unique item with directions in English. Then I will toss it.

I wish I could return this item. The USB port offered is the smaller end of a Camera link. This make it impossible to play music you have saved on a disk drive. An additional factor is that you can't download. When you connect the MP3 to a laptop in order to download music in the gear and utilize its memory, the gear indicate downloading but absolutely nothing actually register in it.
