Client Evaluations

This operates as advertised and I am really pleased with it. My wife and I not too long ago took a extended round trip from Texas to South Dakota and employed the Scosche interface extensively. It installed within five - ten minutes in our 2007 Yukon XL (see the installation video by way of the Scosche net web page).
I ended up leaving my iPod in the glove box so that one of us could reach it if we wished to play a playlist, album, or genre, etc. manually. Based on the limitations of the XM radio in the GM vehicles, only the 1st 30 - 36 categories (playlist, etc.) will show up and this only when the car is stopped. When moving, just like the XM radio, only the very first 6 buttons are accessible. Prior to our trip I rearranged the playlists on the iPod to have our favorites show up first -- by placing a number (1,2,and so on) in front of the playlist name. Of course, by manually making use of the iPod 1 can pick something that is on it.
It was great to see the song title and artist show up on the radio screen and to be in a position to control most of the functions of the iPod via the radio buttons. We basically employed the iPod via the interface for most of the trip. The sound quality was as good as our XM radio.

It only took about 15 min to install most of that was drill a hole in the glove box to preserve the I-POD out of internet site.
This thing is Great! I was worried about losing sound high quality like you do when you hook up the aux port . I have following marketplace amps Speaker's and subs in my truck. I did not lose any sound the good quality it is Great CD excellent ! The only draw back I see is now I my blow a window out. Did mention that you nevertheless have all the function of the radio from the steering for your I-POD ... Thanks SCOSCHE FOR A Great PRDOUCT Get one you will adore it
